“Your Miracles are an inside job. Go there to create the magic that you seek in your life”

– Wayne Dyer

Do you have a dream or lifestyle in mind you want to make come true because you know it will be liberating (starting a new creative business, buying a house, driving a car, writing a book, making a big move etc.) but are paralyzing yourself with doubts, fears and negativity? To help you make noticeable shifts in your understanding of what has been holding you back experience the ‘Create the Magic’ Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy Workshop.

According to Dr. J.L. Moreno, in psychodrama “a man can play the part of a woman and a woman can play the part of a man; an old person can take the part of a child and a child the part of an old person; a man can be an animal; an object can be a man.”

Psychodrama is an active and creative method that enables participants to use guided drama and role-playing to work through issues. The basic concepts of psychodrama are:

  1. The warm-up, preparing for an act
  2. Spontaneity and creativity
  3. The encounter
  4. Simulation
  5. Concretization and acting out
  6. The mirror
  7. The double
  8. Sensitivity training
  9. Role playing and role reversal
  10. Surplus reality

By means of these methods a healthy person may live more effectively, a sick person may learn to bear his misery, and the dead may continue to play a part in our lives. Fear is dispelled, human limitations are stretched and creating magic becomes a part of our life.
